Are you having this issue:  when you open Epic, does it immediately close or is there a black screen?  If so, we're not sure why that happens in some systems, but check your antivirus to see if it's quarantining any Epic files.

If you're not sure if Epic is on your system, try this.  In a folder / navigator window, please type %localappdata% then go to the Epic exe file in the Epic folder...if it's there, Epic should be installed.  If it's not there, the installer failed.
