Hi, we have reached out to DuckDuckGo many times for years and they refuse to tell us how their so-called "privacy" works.  We can not ethically or legally include any service which we can't trust -- we obviously can not trust any service which isn't transparent about how it uses your data and who it shares it with!   

Yahoo has historically powered DuckDuckGo so their respective privacy would be quite similar. 

We hope to switch to Yahoo's new OneSearch private search engine soon...it's transparent about how it works so we're able to trust it :-).
