Hi Mark, if you're using Epic's encrypted proxy then Epic uses the DNS service/DNS settings of its proxy servers not your local DNS settings.

If you want to use your OpenDNS settings/OpenDNS, you'll have to disable the encrypted proxy -- then it should work.
