No Sidebar or Themes - - - Please help

I have been trying to figure out if I have been doing something wrong. For some reason, I have no sidebar and there does not appear to be any themes available. All I have is a grey frame that runs along the top edge which shows the bookmarks toolbar that I imported from Firefox. I also can't figure out how to access themes. Feeling stupid, but I have to ask, What am I doing wrong?

Nothing is wrong at all!! 

The new Epic is built on Chromium and protects your privacy.  No sidebars or themes in it (as of now!).
