We've reached out to Qwant to work with them but they never got back to us.  We're doubtful about their "privacy" as they show ads from Bing so they're likely sending your IP address to Bing to get localized ads -- to our knowledge there aren't exceptions to this rule...and all the so-called private search engines like Qwant, Startpage and DuckDuckGo refuse to share what data they send to Google/Bing to get search ads.  They've refused to tell us for years so we can't legally or ethically include them in our product.
