When I go onto an online bank website, I get a box appear that says 'Authentication Required' and asking me for a username and password. It also says the server - sr4.liveperson.net;433 requires a username and password. What is this please?

Just wanted to update that got your latest email with the sites in question - we're investigating.
Also note liveperson is a service that provides chat modules for customer service - so logging in would presumably be for the companies' agents to do.
