I have the same problem. I uninstalled, then tried to re-install. Something likely changed with McAfee Endpoint security which is now blocking Chrome/Epic updates and installs. It is blocking access to the c:\users\*\AppdData\ directories. This is really a Chrome problem which is coming across to the Epic side. Chrome, or Epic needs to change the behavior to not need access to these directories any more during installation.
