Starting seeing this message earlier this week.

Please help.

Houston we have a problem!
I have set the proxy to US West Coast. Checking the proxy displays 138.... and Delaware in the USA. Setting the new proxy to Germany, close and restart Epic Privacy Browser still displays 138... and Delaware.
Proxy does not set my IP to the west coast or to a German IP.
Am I doing something wrong?
Thank you,
Eris
Thank you for the browser update and the new proxies.
Regards,
Eris
I am getting messages from sites that I visit my version of Chrome is out of date. One of the sites is zerohedge dot com .
When is the next release?
Thank you,
Eris
Great Job!!!
The problem appears to have been fixed. I have used two Hotmail accounts this morning without the constant reloading.
Thank you,
Eris
Epic Version 48.0.2553.0
I received the version 48 update today/overnight. My start page was set to www dot whatismyip dot com. When I started Epic Privacy browser it opened showing my home IP address as the global proxy IP address. Whatismyip dot com now recognizes that I am using an adblocker is requiring me to sign up to use their site. I can sign up for free and and use their site six times per day or pay a fee for a scalable use depending on how much I pay.
I have changed my start page to cmyip dot com and it shows the global address IP correctly.
Looks like it is not an Epic/update problem but is a change brought about by using an adblocker and reaction from the www dot whatismyip dot com site.
Keep up the good work,
Eris
Greetings:
It is past time to fix the problem many of us have with the "aw snap' and constant 're-loading' with Hotmail. This has gone on far too long.
For a while, the problem only affected one of my Hotmail accounts; it now affects two of my Hotmail accounts. Why should I have to open a different browser to read my email?
Come on guys, please get it fixed.
Thank you,
Eris
Greetings:
Does the Epic Privacy Browser send 'referrer information' to sites I visit?
Thank You,
Eris
I have four Hotmail accounts. The "Aw Snap" problem only affects one of them. The other three load, using Epic Privacy Browser, everytime.
I have added DuckDuckGo, Startpage and Ixquick to my favorites and also have a shortcut for each on my desktop. Perhaps the 'default' search engine provides some much needed revenue to help maintain, and enhance, my favorite browser...just sayin'.
Keep up the good fight!
Thanks,
Eris
I have multiple Hotmail accounts, have to log-in on each and use Epic Privacy Browser for each of them. I have noticed the 're-load' problem only happens with one of those accounts and not the others.
When this problem started I used another browser to log-in to my Hotmail accounts; Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc., I do not have a problem with any of the accounts using those browsers.
I know, I am adding more confusion to the problem.
Good luck with finding a solution.
Greetings: When will the next update be out? It seems like it has been forever. I have also noticed items posted to the forum seem to be answered once per month. Has support diminished for my favorite browser?
Kind Regards,
Eris
What kind of information is retained by the proxies used by the Epic Privacy Browser?
Do they maintain logs for originating IPs (that IP used to to start Epic Privacy Browser)?
Do they maintain logs of websites visited by users of Epic Privacy Browser?
How secure are passwords when using a proxy?
Are passwords retained by proxies or Epic Privacy Browser?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Thank you.
Proxy 38.86.48.38 is very slow to load. I often stop and restart Epic in an attempt to get a different proxy. Anyone else have problems with this proxy?
Thanks.
Thank you for adding additional proxies. The new proxies, while sometimes a bit slow, outperform the earlier batch 10 fold.

I have recently noted that quite a few trackers are getting by the blockers. Are some of the proxies more effective than others?
I will start paying attention to which proxies let more trackers by without stopping them.
Thanks for looking into this.
Might have posted the wrong site. The site that denies the proxy is www dot godlikeproductions dot com
I have to no avail. They simply say "denied." The site is www dot godlikeproductions dot com .
Here you are with the message:
"YOUR IP ADDRESS 199.189.86.27 HAS BEEN BANNED FROM VIEWING THIS WEBSITE "
Hope this helps. Thanks for looking into this.
The 199 proxy is blocked for another site that I visit. I recognize I can turn off the proxy but that defeats the purpose of the proxy. The 199 proxy is the only proxy that I experience the 'blocking' problem.
Thank you for your comment.
When following a link I received the following message:
"This IP has been automatically blocked.
If you have questions, please email: [email protected]"
The proxy in question starts with 199.
Thank you.
Received the following message when trying to follow a link: "[email protected]." Any idea why proxy starting with 199. would be blocked?
Thank you.
Greetings:
This afternoon the proxy beginning with 38 (from the west coast of the USA) is so slow as to be useless. I have experienced the same slow response from this proxy on other days and times. I finally had to shutdown Epic and re-start. I am now on a proxy starting with 199 and response is better. Unfortunately the website I am trying to connect with will not accept requests from proxy starting with 199.
The proxy starting with 108 is much better than the one starting with 38.
Proxy 38.86.48.38 is excruciatingly slow this morning. Other proxy, starting with 108, was much faster when I restarted.
