This is a new bug with the newest release. When you hover the mouse/cursor over the video that is playing a slightly transparent black bar appears slightly above the pause/play and various controls. It goes away when you move the mouse/cursor away from the video again. Thanks for your hard work!

It would be quite helpful, if Alok would consider it, to have some official place that shows the most current release. I turn off auto-update on all programs and it is challenging to know when updates are released for Epic. Thank you!
